This is a Chrome plated 40 hole steel 21in wm-o (1.5in wide) rim. It is the skinniest 21in rim on the market. The nipple holes are .27in dia depending on what nipples you decide to run you might need to bump the holes up slightly but this can easily be done with any hand drill. HAUL-CRAFT 21IN SPOKES ARE NOW AVAILABLE ON THE SITE.
