Zeppelin Air Cleaner – S&S Super E / CV
A compact air cleaner designed to bolt onto S&S Super E and Harley-style CV carburetors. The outer cover takes its styling from the Harley-Davidson J-slot Knucklehead air cleaner, reduced to a 5" diameter and only 1.25" thick.

Important Installation & Use Notes
- The threaded mounting post is machined into the aluminum cover. It is plenty strong for normal use, but it can be twisted off by overtightening the cover or using red threadlocker. You do not need to gorilla-grip the cover. Damage from overtightening or red threadlocker is not covered.
- Use blue threadlocker on the screws that mount the backing plate to the carburetor. A loose screw getting pulled into your engine is not fun and is not our responsibility.
- On engines over 80 cubic inches, airflow requirements can vary with carburetor setup and altitude. In some applications you may need to remove the UNI filter element for additional flow. The air cleaner breathes through the back and is designed to deter major debris, but running without the filter element is at your own risk.
