By purchasing, installing, or using these products, the customer knowingly and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with their use. This assumption of risk and release of liability applies to the customer, any passengers, and any subsequent or future owners of the motorcycle. Pangea Speed, LLC shall not be liable for any injury, death, property damage, or other loss arising from the purchase, installation, or use of these products. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Pangea Speed, LLC from any claims related to their use.
