Add a brake crossover tube to your hard-tailed Shovelhead with this bolt-on assembly. Designed for hardtail frames using Knucklehead/Panhead-style cast axle plates, it lets you run a mechanical rear drum brake instead of a hydraulic “juice” drum or disc brake.
Keep your rear brake mechanical: no brake fluid to leak from a wheel cylinder onto your brake shoes, and no brakes to bleed.
Made in Utah. Retains the stock exhaust pipe mounting position used on Panhead and Knucklehead frames and will include a grease zerk fitting.
Fitment and installation: Intended for hard-tailed Shovelheads with Knucklehead/Panhead-style cast axle plates. Some welding is required to attach the frame mounting tab. If you are not using the Pangea Speed brake gear setup, slight modification to the transmission plate is needed to clear the arm on the left side of the bike.
