41mm Narrow Axle
A machined stainless steel front axle for Pangea Speed 41mm narrow glide trees and custom front ends with approximately 7-inch fork spacing on center. Designed for early Panhead and generator Shovelhead tapered sliders, with a 3/4-inch axle diameter that can be machined down to suit your hub.
Fitment
- Pangea Speed 41mm narrow glide trees, or other trees with approximately 7-inch spacing on center.
- Early Panhead and generator Shovelhead tapered sliders.
- Later 41mm sliders require drilling out the axle hole on the non-clamping side.
- K-model and early Sportster hubs using a 17mm (.669-inch) axle diameter require machining the axle to that size.
Specs
- Machined stainless steel construction for corrosion resistance.
- Supplied axle diameter: 3/4 inch (.750 inch).
- Can be turned down to 5/8 inch (.625 inch), 17mm (.669 inch), or a diameter between 5/8 and 3/4 inch.

Important Notes
The 41mm designation refers to the fork setup; the supplied axle diameter is 3/4 inch. Confirm tree spacing, slider style, hub bore, and wheel spacer requirements for your build before installation. Later sliders and smaller hub bores require the modifications described above.
