This is a Chrome plated 40 hole steel 21in wm-o (1.5in wide) rim. It is the skinniest 21in rim on the market and features the official pangea speed stamp so you know you are getting a quality part. the nipple holes are .27in dia depending on what nipples you decide to run you might need to bump the holes up slightly but this can easily be done with any had drill.
